I have 2 Standard 22s and a Mira and as Im looking for a new guitar Im feeling that maybe the new SE Mira might fit the bill.....but I have an S2 Mira already? My Standard 22s one is satin so at least they feel and sound a little different but as far as strats and teles and some of the Gibson offerings Im just not feeling that total connection as a 4th electric...

Maybe at first glance...

All are essentially SCT guitars with full Brazilian RW necks. But different scale lengths, body woods, body thickness, neck carves and pickups. All sound and feel a bit different. The ME I inspired the two custom builds in the third picture.

Two HB piezo: one is a lot prettier so Mrs bought it. The pretty one has ebony fingerboard versus rosewood. One has 59/09. The other has 57/08. I’ll send the blue one to a new home one of these days.

I have variations on the CU22/McCarty theme. Different pickups, woods, switching. All part of my Pennsylvania science project.

Like most everyone above, I have a couple that look similar on paper, but are very different in my hands. About the closest would be two SC's. One is a 1st gen (2001) and one is a 2006 after the law suit. The Gen 1 is heavier and has more bottom end.

I have a P22 and a CU22 - pretty much the same, just one has piezos the other doesn't. They both even have trems. At one point I had a third CU22, but (like an idiot) traded it for a Marshall half stack :( The CU22 is my meat-n-potatoes model. I can do it all on that platform.

1st generation Modern Eagle 1s. I have this thang ’bout BRW necks.

My grandfather used to buy what he called ‘sets’of things he liked. Say it was a shirt, he’d buy the ‘set’, I.e., one in every color offered.

Did you buy the ‘set’ of all the ME1 colors? They’re spectacular!

To clarify, I've definitely owned more than one of the same model but never at the same time. I'd love to have another HB guitar.
