Dinosaur Jr. have a book being released. Dinosaur Jr. By Dinosaur Jr.

I'm thinking of splurging for the Signature Edition which has some extra goodies. I wanted to be J. Mascis when I was a kid. I had a Jazzmaster, shook most every note with the wang bar, and used no fewer than two dirt boxes at a time. I even got people to start calling me J. instead of Jesse which wasn't that odd at the time given it is the first letter of my name. Looking back being a kid was fun and Dinosaur Jr. was a huge part of that. Still is. I'm rocking the latest record as I type this. Off to pre-order my copy.

I'm a new listener to these guys, they've been pretty under the radar here in UK but very cool.

I love how they're very progressive and yet easy to listen too. Some prog just gets too hard to follow. Not these guys.

Plus they have a real tone palette. THey seem to be bored with a sound and move quickly always keeping it interesting!
