Differences between 408 & Paul's Guitar...?

Well, there were some similar topics on the forum recently.

Most notably:
wider 408 bridge pickup vs. narrower, more focused Paul's bridge pickup
trem on 408 vs. stoptail on Paul's (usually)
3-way blade switch on 408 vs. 3-way toggle switch on Paul's

Additionally, the Paul's has the brush stroke birds and a different headstock signature. The stoptail is unique to the model with brass inserts.

I've got some guitars that will be getting the PG bridge should they ever be for sale separately.

Not sure if this is still true but the early Paul's Guitars came with a "Dirty" artist grade top. Also, the Paul's only come with the Pattern neck carve. The 408's can have Pattern thin.
