Hi! I'm dialing in a tremolo for the first time and could use some guidance.

I have a 2018 S2 Standard 24. I used the John Mann video instructions to set up my tremolo - all of the screws are level. I adjusted the spring tension so the tremolo sits parallel with the body using a 1.5mm pick as a gauge. However, when the tremolo is sitting level, the guitar won't tune properly - it goes sharp when I use the tremolo, or even when the guitar sits for a bit. I used the claw to loosen the tremolo springs a teeny bit - maybe not even a quarter-turn, which solved the tuning issue - however, now the tremolo is slightly higher in the back than it is in the front. Any advice on my next move?

Thank you for your help! Let me know if you need anything from me.

I've never messed with, never had to, the six knife edge trem screws on any PRS... I would imagine therein lies your problem...

It's not a problem if the trem is not perfectly level , it will look a bit high in the back because the body drops away some .
If it plays in tune you're good to go.
If it does act up just play it more aggressively it will break in

That's what I figured, I was hoping someone might give me a reprieve on adjusting those.

Sounds good! I'm new to the tremolo game so I wasn't sure how critical it was to have it sit flat.
