DGT strings?

What's everyone using for DGT strings?

I've been staying with the official PRS DGT strings.

Do the NYXL 11s Compare well? Elixir?

I use Elixir 10s on all my electrics, and like them. I don’t have a DGT, but I imagine I’d pop on a set of the Elixirs as soon as I did.

String feel and tone is such a personal thing, though. Best to get a few different sets and give each a go for a few weeks. One might jump out to you.

Elixir Optiweb 9s on mine.

EB nickel 11s until last year. Went to 10s for a few reasons but stuck with the nickel Ernie Balls.

I’ve been faithful to the original, but I’d imagine changing to 10s would add a touch of treble. Not a bad thing.

I have always used addario nickel wound for 30 years and recently I switched to the NYXL, it stays alive longer and the tuning is super stable, I have never tried the elixir, the next one times I will keep this in mind!
