I am seriously thinking of buying a dgt with a maple top. I already own a custom 24 with 59/09 pickups and a stripped 58 with 57/08 pickups. Would the dgt be to similar to my 58 in tone? I am trying to justify another guitar buy.
I just got my DGT a few days ago and have a CU24 with the 09s. So I can't comment on the 08s.
But just for feel alone the DGT is definitely worth trying out.
