So, I'm going to put this on hold, but it means I have to sell 2 guitars I really like! A Thin-skin '55 Telecaster and a Custom Shop LP Special.... not selling any of my PRS stash... This would make my collection 100% PRS.

What do you think? Or just be stupid and finance it or just be happy with the PRSi and these other two?

Decisions suck....

My advice would be to jump, and jump NOW! Of course, that advice is due to the fact that it's a Santana.

Looks nice but is it going to sound the way you like? I mean better than what you already have?

That is a great question, the special is pretty awesome, the tele not so much...

If it doesn't put you in a difficult financial situation, why haven't you bought it yet???o_O

I have one. I have a CS Tele and Historic LP too.

The Santana is a cannon of a guitar with a very special blast of its own. And as good as the other two sound, it's my Santana that really gets the attention of all who hear it. And with a little tweak to the volume and tone it can get all the sounds of a great LP, only more so. ;)

I think I'll bail..:(.. it's awesome as can be, but I would miss my Special and with things as unstable as they are including employment..... It will stay a dream.

Sorry for bailing but someone on here should snag this one!

BTW, don't know if I can say this on here, but if you call they will come down a Lot!

Good choice.
There will be another on a day when it is easier to do the deal.
I never finance a guitar, and I don’t want to sell something I am likely to end up wanting to buy back.

I just ordered a PRS 35th 24-08 from Wildwood with the same price tag yesterday! It took me about a week of looking at the specific one I wanted and when I called them they knocked over $700 off without hesitation. I ordered it on the spot!

If it weren't for the color I was lusting after, then that yellow is the next on the list of favorites.
