Classic DG! He's a 3 note guitarist. This song is a 1 note song. The opening chord tells you it's Grissom. Hits you in the gut and forces you to like it. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if he enlisted the services of a singer, but no one can fault the guitar work.

Last night at The Saxon Pub, he played this new song along with one of my favorite old school guitar instrumentals, 'In Memory of Elizabeth Reed'. Instead of his usual keyboard player, he employed a 2nd guitar player(didn't catch his name) who was no slacker, really articulate and great solo breaks. And a different drummer and Scott returned for this set as his bass player.

He swapped out the Purple 30 watt combo and went back to the DG 30 Watt head and 2x12 cabinet.
