The chrome on the surround on my 2018 PRS S2 Studio neck pickup has come off in an unsusal area not linked to playing wear.

Is a replacement available?

PRS Europe customer support emailed a week or so ago, no reply. They must be staying safe at home but not remotely responding to emails.
