I have a custom PRS that was made for a Casting Crowns tour years ago. Did PRS make any other custom guitars like this? I have tried looking it up with no results.

Looks like an SE Custom 22. I’m going to say it was painted after purchased to match the band. Looks cool but I would highly doubt PRS did the artwork. You could always email PRS customer service, they might have some info for ya.

Yeah, I can't see PRS doing a one-off refinish of an SE.
