About 300 of these were built in the tough economic times '09/10. They feature Artist-grade tops and some pretty nice and light mahogany, old standard neck carve, old birds, gold hardware, covered 59/09 pups with 5-way switch (while the production Cu 24 was still on rotaries), and Artist package-style headstock overlay w/ PRS signature inlay. I think these are kinda the prototype for the 5-way switch-equipped Cu24 production runs that followed.
