Custom 22 spec question

I recently picked up a new Custom 22 off an authorized dealer on Reverb. It has what they're considering a custom finish, "Charcoal Tri-color burst black wrap", which seems very similar to a standard charcoal burst. It is also equipped with hybrid hardware and a 10 top, which I see are available options on this model. However, what really caught my eye was the fact that it has an ebony fretboard. From what I've seen, these typically come with a rosewood board. This will be my 1st PRS, so forgive my ignorance, just trying to better educate myself on the model and this specific guitar. Could it possibly be an artist package? or simply just a custom order with the ebony board? The hangtag only states 10 top under special order. I should have the guitar by Tuesday, so I'm stoked to experience my 1st PRS.

sometimes PRS will offer one-off guitars with some sweet non-standard specs. That's more than likely what this is and is probably priced at standard 10-Top pricing for a custom 22? so not an artist package but SUPER sweet regardless. If you love how it looks you should get it..it'll be one of a kind ;)

That’s what I figured. I ended up pulling the trigger on it and should have it in a few days. Thanks!

If you have the serial number you can email PRS customer support. They will have a record of exactly what it is. You could also figure it out if you have the MODCAT code. What others have said above is true. It is not an Artist if it has a 10 top designation.

Congrats on the new guitar!

Could also be a wood library. But, if you got it off of Reverb, from an autorized dealer, I doubt they would omit that detail. And the extra grand plus on the price it could fetch.

Here’s a link to the guitar for reference

According to the very first line, that was a build that was "played around with". So it isn't necessarily a "Wood Library" as the dealer would have picked the woods, etc. But it isn't "normal" specs either. That price is a WL price though. (ZZounds has a WL cu22 semi hollow up for sale now for just $90 more than that).

Sick fiddle by the way! You got a special one there.
