Custom 22 Artist Package cloudy / fogged. Can PTC help it for free?

My 2004 custom 22 AP is one of my collections without playing. The tuner, pickups and tailpiece are still shinning. However, the body and neck are seriously cloudy and fogged. So sad every time I take it out of the case for years. Actually, I am much disappointed for PRS' quality and wondering if PRS is supposed to fix this manufacture issue for free to maintain their reputation. Anyone has the same thoughts? ( I am new to here and not allowed to post the pictures)

Any number of things could have led to clouding over 20 years. I wouldn’t expect a free fix.

Have you emailed PRS?

If you're the original owner, maybe? But 20 years is a long time.. If purchased second hand, nope.
