I have recently got hold of a 2007 PRS custom 22 in near mint condition and, while I quite like the sound of it am considering some upgrades.
The Wudtone tremelo option looks to be a winner but, as I do not use tremelo very much I am wondering if simply blocking the trem will give a similar change to tone and sustain?
Pickups and wiring are something else I am thinking of.
Changing the 5 way rotary selector for a 3 way toggle with push pull on the volume to bypass the volume pot and push pull on the tone to give out of phase when both pickups are on.
Could this be done with the Dragon ii pickups?
How would 85/15s compare with Dragon iis?
Should I just leave things as they are?
