Is there a song that you think a specific band would do an amazing cover version of?

I would love to hear Metallica perform a speed metal version of the ol’ country tune ‘Ghost Riders in the Sky’.

I've long thought the Schoolhouse Rock songs would make nice covers. There was a version of that in the 90s which was mixed, but imagine, oh:
  • Clutch, "Electricity, Electricity."
  • Jon Batiste, "Conjunction Junction."
  • Samantha Fish, "Sufferin' 'Til Sufferage."
  • St Vincent, "Little Twelvetoes."
  • Fiona Apple, "Verb: That's What's Happening."

If your going with that, then I have to go with Metallica, "I am a Bill"

"I am a bill" "yeah!"
"I am only a bill" "yeah, yeah"
"And I'm sitting on Capitol Hill" chug, chug, chug......"yeah, yeah!"

Hmm probably Jason Aldean (with special guest) Carrie Underwood covering Don’t Misunderstand Me by Rossington Collins. Aldean’s band are tone monsters!

Not famous but our band just started Carry On Wayward Son by Kansas. The bridge riff is the reason I play guitar. Heard that in 1990 when I was 8yrs old and knew I would play guitar. Never had the band that could handle it until now.
