Cosmetic Fix

One of the dogs ended up chewing up the corner of the grill cloth on my amplifier a couple of years back. This isn't the amp that I typically use when I'm gigging, so it took until tonight for me to repair it. But it looks like I finally got that done. Lol. Not that I ever procrastinated or anything!

Burlap is lighter material than the original grill cloth was, but I got sick of seeing it so I slapped it on there for the time being.

I tried to iron out the creases from where the material was folded before putting it on . Got a decent stretch on it, but I still sort of see them. BUT, it is a h*ll of a lot better than a chew hole in the bottom corner. So, for now, I'll be ok.

My gigging amp is a Fender HR DeVille. I only use it for the clean channel and put a pedal board in front of it. Can't beat Fender cleans for a pedal platform. There is something about the "crispness" that my ears just like. I don't think I have used the dirty channel more than once in the past three or four years on it. By contrast, that SE 50 has a NICE dirty channel (at gigging volumes), but the clean channel isn't as crisp for me so it colors the tone more than I would like.
