Having not really watched a lot of TV for the last 16 yrs or so, Ive been watching way too much of it..I like cooking shows.. Watching that Giada lady I tried one of her recipes with a cheese that had an unpronouncible name..I went to several places and found it..It was pricey but when I brought it home and unwrapped it..It smelled like....FEET.. I thought it had turned rancid but Mrs. Gibson (who knows about these matters) said no, it was supposed to smell this way.. Guess I need to get out more.. BTW My hand is getting way better, Can do the E string part on Runnin Down A Dream, the intro now...

I watched one called "Bitchin' Kitchen" the other day that was like a comedy cooking show. The theme was "hair of the dog," hangover food and cocktail recipes.

Anyone remember Justin Wilson, the Ragin' Cajun? I used to like his show just because he was such a character. He never measured anything, but he knew exactly how much he was using in any given recipe.

'I gar-on-TEE!'. I used to watch his cooking show, but I never tried any of his recipes. I'm not a big fan of squirrel heads, crawfish, etc. I found an old comedy LP of his recently. A big 49 cents, so I had to grab it. 'What kind of wine do you use to cook wit? The kind you got!'
