It's not the robots that worry me, it's the people.

Would there be people out there that would happily accept music created purely by robots / computers with no human involvemnet?

Call me cynical, but I suspect many wouldn't care.

Well, at least for now, someone has to program the computers and write the stuff for them to play. Those people would be musicians.

Down the road, ten - twenty years out, as computers acquire neural networks, maybe not. Gotta say this: if the music was interesting, I might not care who or what created it. Doubt I'll be around to see/hear it anyway.
