I look at it this way. I'm no good with geometry, I don't know all the tricks of setups and I prefer to have it done by someone who's business is the business of staying good to stay in business. I haven't bought a new guitar in almost a decade, but if I do, I'm taking it to my guy and sit with him 15 or 20 minutes describing what I want out of that guitar when it comes back to me. He has done all of my guitars at one time or another and every time I'm pleased. When I do it, maybe not so much....
