Clapton Crossroads Festival-Dallas 9/20,21

This was the emotional high point of the festival (in my opinion).

Very Nice! Hard to believe, both being friends of George, that those two have never played together before!

Jeff played one Strat for his entire set, then switched to another one for a single encore...Only had two in the rack...Never touched the tuning pegs on either one...

I assume you're referring to the Austin show on Saturday? Jealous. We didn't get a Beck encore Friday night at Crossroads...but he did play for quite a while and until well past midnight. He was otherworldly good...as usual, and his drummer and bass player were the best of the whole festival.

I'm not sure he needs to tune his guitars with the technique he uses...with the extreme string bending and Trem action on every single note, he must be playing mostly by ear.
