CE22 w/emg pups

Theres a black CE 22 for sale used at the Center of Guitars. Its calling me boys. The only problem is it doesnt list a year and the picture is small and grainy. The truss rod cover looks like it might be some sort of special edition. Was the torrero the first model with stock active pickups? maybe I'm looking at a one-off. Thoughts?

Probably put on by a previous owner. PRS didn't sell CE's with EMG's that I know of. You can ask for the year, you may know this already, but it is the first number of the ones on the neck plate.
