CE22 / String Breakage

It appears that my high E string saddle has developed a burr right where it comes out of the hole on the way to the saddle (not on the saddle itself).
Is there any trick to smooth the kink out in that location?

Without pics, it's tough to say but I would probably take off the saddle (and string, of course) and use a rotary pointy grinding bit on a Dremel or maybe some pointy files like a welder would use, and try to deburrify the offending hole. It's all covered by the saddle so it doesn't really have to be pretty.
