CE22 5-way Rotary Switch Wiring Question

I just installed some Suhr Doug Aldrich pickups in my 2005 CE22. I wired both pickups the same, but have since been told there is something else that I have to do to make it work like the stock Dragon IIs did. Has anyone done this or have a link to a diagram. My apologies if I'm duplicating a thread, but I wasn't finding it with my other searches.

I think you need to flip the magnet in one of the pickups as well.

Yes, I believe it tis the neck pickup you need to flip.
