CE 24 Alder, Japan Limited with satin finish

I'm a sucker for satin finishes, but I found that the neck finishes I've tried on the current Dustie Waring and S2 Standard satin models is much nicer than the one on SE models such as Mark Holcomb or Zach Myers.

Anyone know how the Japanese Limited CE with alder body compares? Talking about the neck specifically.
