Casey Kasem RIP

The great Casey Kasem passed away yesterday. I miss the days of hearing his "Top 40" show in its various forms. He was one of the last of his kind, from a era when DJs, top 40 lists, and radio in general truly mattered. Now maybe the ugliness of his family fighting over his care (and fortune) can move a bit closer to a resolution. May he Rest in Peace.

I use to listen to his Top 40 program back in the early 70s.
Read about it this morning on the local news site.
And he was also the voice of Shaggy.

And also Robin in the Batman and Robin animated series.
