Hello everyone
sorry for my translated english.
I just got this guitar, GB color, immediately changed the strings with Elixir 10-46, a pull of truss rod and the action is already practically perfect. But the tremolo is not like that fender deluxe that just insert it with the pressure, here you have to adjust the screw (the tremolo, however, is very very responsive and very well tuning).
Since this fantastic guitar comes with a gig bag, I was interested in a better case preferably hard, but not necessarily.
The first question for the most experienced of PRS, is if the tremolo is removed for each transport? It can be done but it is a bit inconvenient to have to screw every time and adjust it. Or is there any carrying case without removing the tremolo?

If it is not possible to hold the tremolo lever during transport, what is a good solution for a hard or very protective (Mono type) but very light case? The price should not exceed 250 usd.

Many thanks!

One solution even if it is not rigid could be the Mono Cases Vertigo Semi Hollow, which at the bridge has a height of 4 inches (10 cm) should also the inserted tremolo ... what do you think?

another interesting case is the Thomann Semihollow-Style Guitar Case with 4 inches (10 cm) in height, but I would not like the guitar to dance in ...

You don't have to adjust the screw every time. Once you set the screw to the pressure that you want, you can push the lever in, or pull it out while using a twisting back-and-forth motion.

I would definitely remove the lever when putting the guitar in a case, or when transporting.

I would think with all the bumps and vibrating that even in a case, you’d still have to make small adjustments after. I’d take it out and safely protect it from the guitar by putting it in the front pocket.

ok, thank you, I did not know about this, even though if you extract and put back some adjustment of the screw, maybe you have to do it

I'm deciding for 2 Mono cases, Electric or Semi Hollow, seem to me a good compromise between lightness, adaptability, and protection. I sent an email to Thomann.de to ask which one fits best, then I will let you know

Cool, definitely want a case to protect the guitar. When you get enough posts, maybe you could post some pics of your guitar.

I must say that after the first played, I already feel great, better than my ex deluxe stratocaster! Great guitar!
