Car and truck lovers unite.

OK, one more and I will stop for the day ;~)) This one is from the LeMay collection called "Gothik Coach". It was designed to pay tribute to Alice Cooper.

@Moondog Wily pls could I see more. I just love shite like this.

Hey what about vintage trucks? Do you like them considering your penchant for beautiful cars.
Now I am excited! Lol

Going to see what I can find. On a mission! Back in a few! LMAO

Found something I really like. I know it’s a Kenworth maybe 1930’s. There’s no little tip offs like when looking at vintage muscle cars. This is really a beautiful truck!!

You might like the video I posted today in your "Random No More Or Less" thread (not truck or car, but cool industry stuff)! Here is a link to that post ;~)) I will put some more up, I had just stumbled upon these when I was doing some folder management on my hard drive ;~)) As for trucks, they are great, but I don't have many pix of the trucking world ;~((

Wily that Bugatti is incredible! I love it. Just gorgeous lines. Very appealing to my eye. Wow!

Only 7 of these were ever made. One was wrecked in a prototype testing crash. The other 6 remain and all appeared together at the 1985 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance! Each one had it's own custom body/interior (as was common in this era). Here is the Wiki link if you would like to read more about these incredible machines ;~))

OK, another Bugatti (maybe I am possessed)! This one is a one off creation (though based on the Type 57C) that was built for the Prince of Persia (future Shah of Iran) in the late 30's and gifted to him by the French Government. Here are some details if you want more than pictures ;~)) Pictures displayed here courtesy of Petersen Automotive Museum! Without further adieu!!!

So I Am Strongly Considering A Truck For Some Work And Play Facilitation. I Am Not Sure About A Half Ton Or 3/4 Ton Nor Am I Decided On Gas Or Diesel. OK, this to me is the Pièce De Résistance of automotive manufacturing (this one owned by Steve McQueen and dubbed "The Green Rat" which has it's own set of stories) ;~)) The Jaguar XKSS was the direct descendant of the Jaguar D type that RULED the Le Mans circuit in the mid 1950's. To make it into a street car, they put bumpers, a luggage rack, a windshield, passenger door and a few other minor trim pieces. They removed the cowling behind the drivers seat and bulkhead that made it a one man racer and voila, a race car in street trim, literally!!! The original plan was to build 25 of these from leftover D types, but the fire at the factory in 1957 destroyed the remaining 9. Sixteen had already been produced. More details here and here if you want to dig in a bit! This is my #1 dream car and I would move mountains to acquire one someday ;~)) Pictures displayed here courtesy of Petersen Automotive Museum!

What are you hauling? Going to do any off roading? You can't spell Toyota without Toy, so keep that in mind ;~)) As for fuel source, best way to do the rolling coal is with diesel, so keep that in mind!!

Not Pulling Anything Super Heavy Or At Least Not Very Often. Maybe Trailering A Car Now And Then Or A Small Trailer To Haul Something Around, Move Stuff, etc. Mainly For Dirt Bikes And House Stuff, Gear, Whatever, etc. I Could Manage with A 1/2 Ton But Part Of Me Is Thinking 3/4 Ton Diesel To Have The Juice If I Ever Needed It. I Don't Plan On Doing Anything Off Road Really. I Just Want To Be Able To Go Wherever I Need To Whenever I Need To And Not Have To Worry About Anything And Have The Ability To Do Stuff When Needed....Home Depot, Motocross, Mountain Trips, Etc.

My advice is get the Ram 1500 with the Hemi
I recently bought a 2020 Ram Warlock
I tow a 20 foot car trailer with 3800 to 4000 pound cars
as well as a 21 foot bass boat
I have been very impressed with the power and towing ability of the truck
I get 18 miles to the gallon in regular city driving
My previous truck was a Dodge Ram with the small 4.7 V8 and it was a bit weak for what I do
This hemi is strong and works well
