Can I use gen 3 trem screws w/ gen 2 bridge?

I got a 513 recently that I was looking to upgrade to mixed hardware on. Since I’m replacing the pivot screws anyway would the gen 3 ones that are larger work and be an upgrade? Or would they not fit without making the holes bigger/ getting a whole gen 3 trem?

Do you know the dimensions of the screws? I can measure the holes on a Gen II today and tell you.
