I have a DGT that has tons of high end (stock pickups) and am replacing then with a pair of Dragon IIs along with the 5 way rotary switch and pots. Any wiring help is greatly appreciated
I don't think the Dragon IIs are any different from most other PRS pickups as far as wiring goes. And the nice thing about the more recent 5-way rotary (shown in the diagrams below) is that they are labeled to show where the red, white and black wires from each pickup go.
This is the official PRS wiring diagram for what you're looking for. I couldn't tell you what effect the differences between the two options have on your sound, but maybe someone else can.
@TFC … Many thanks! That diagram will be so helpful. The 5 way rotary switch is such a great design that has 2 great Strat tone options from humbuckers that are so easy to get . I have the older switch from 2003 so the first diagram will be fine. 3 holes in the DGT for this… blasphemy

These diagrams are on prs homepage under support tab.
Don't forget, one of those D2 pickups needs the magnet flipped to work correctly with rotary switch. It is possible that it has been done already if they came out of a rotary guitar.
