Hi guys,

which is the difference between this two bridge?

I'm not able to fund something about it...

Is possible that a 24-08 (year 2018) has a tr3 instead of tr5 as all the other custom 24 of the same years?

Thanks

Claudio

The complete code you can find in some site is tr3wb and tr5wb.

But I do not understand the difference...

that's a code you find in many shops in italy
i think even they don't know really what it means, maybe they copy them from some kind of form they guitars come with

anyway, i think that TR3WB it's
TR = tremolo
3WB = 3 way blade

and of course 5WB it's five way blade switch

so it has nothing to do with the tremolo...

in fact the custom 24-08 comes with 3 way blade, meanwhile the regular custom has the 5 way...

hope it helps

Hi Gigi,

very clever explanation.

In my mind WB was Whammy Bar... :)

Also the SE has TR3WB, in fact they come with tremolo and 3 way blade.

In my opinion could be an importer code and classification.

thank you very much

;)
