Bridge opinions

Quite a while back i put a prs adjustable bridge on my McCarty. I did that because I had started keeping this guitar in D tuning and was also using drop C tuning.

I keep it in Eb like the rest of my guitars but never changed back to original wrap bridge.

Last year I got a deal on three wrap bridges with brass inserts so my question is, should I go to the trouble of putting one of these brass insert bridges on it?

Opinions?

I've had both my 2001 McCarty in Eb, and my Soapie 594. All good.

I kept a Singlecut tuned to B Standard with a wound third that NEEDED the adjustable bridge.
When I went back to Drop D / Eb, I put the original bridge back on. No problems at all.
Anything under C Standard or using a wound third, adjustable bridge for me.

How much work is it anyway? It's not like you have to unscrew a tremolo. It is honestly the easiest, most risk free experiment on a guitar bridge you can do. Of any kind.

Put it on. I put one on my DC-22 and there was a difference that was notable.
