Breaking strings - What is a good way to polish a PRS saddle with a burr

I have a 91 CE 24 that just started breaking the D string at the saddle. I have never broke a D string in my life, now I can only get about 4 hours of play and the dang D strings breaks over and over. I am thinking there must be a burr on the saddle. What is a good way or a tool that would allow me to polish down in the saddle hole where the strings runs along the saddle?

Personally, I'd just buy a new saddle instead of messing with trying to fix one.
