Blocking a PRS tremolo... need advice

Agreed. If it's sitting like that on the body, there's an issue with those as well.

Time to either pull it all out and start over correctly (then block it) or take it to a competent tech.

Looking at the first picture, it appears the screw heights are not even, and zooming in I can see what looks like metal shavings between the bridge and pup.
