Big shout out!!!

To @Shawn@PRS and the service department at PRS. They seriously went above and beyond for me recently and I can’t thank him/them enough!

I don’t need PRS customer service often, but when I do...
Dude... I am ALL THE WAY THERE WITH YOU!
Such a class act. I've needed assistance on 3 or 4 occasions and every time the response and service has been stupendously good!
I will be a die hard PRS fan forever because of two things. The guitars, and the service.
Both are top notch and without competition.:cool:
 
I've had astoundingly good customer service from PRS. I can't think of another company that I've had more pleasure dealing with.

The other part of the equation is that the guitars are so great, I'd probably buy them even if the customer service wasn't this good.

Also Shawn is great, the PTC is great, and Paul Smith is a pretty excellent dude.
 
29 years for me. Nothin' but pleasure from these wonderful instruments, and great manufacturer!
