My HBII is currently wired to the "pre-2007" non-piezo specs (http://www.prsguitars.com/csc/schematics/schem08/hollowbody.pdf). The volume pot is crapping out and I want to replace and rewire so I retain my highs when I roll of the volume. I ordered a volume and tone pot from the PRS store, wondering how I should wire them. The new volume pot has a treble bleed, so that should address the roll-off issue. I have 53/10 pickups so I was wondering if I should go by the schematic for the ME Quatro. My only issue is I would have to re-solder the tone pot capacitor and it won't reach the volume pot without an extension to one leg. I would love to get the capacitor from PRS with it's full legs but the only place I see it is in a pre-wired harness I don't need. Hey PRS, offer the cap on its own please! Would customer service send me one? Glad to pay for it.
