Hate to see her go, but I love to watch her leave.
That’s one of the most beautiful guitars I’ve seen!
This would be the clear winner if only it had more toggles...
Mini-Toggle Envy...the struggle is real.
What about mini-toggle compensation ?!
I think Tosca has my vote on this. Now if you had a matching cocobolo Boogie to go with it (and several strong roadies to carry it).....
There’s really only one amp appropriate for this guitar...it’s a Boogie...but snakeskin, not Cocobolo.
Does Boogie make cocobolo cabinets? I’ve always wanted one of those wood & wicker ones
I haven’t noticed it. I have walnut and bubinga cabinets from them.
I have a `96 Santana 1, a Santana Brazilian Ltd and a Westy. The one I like the least is the Westy. The S1 is my favourite.
Impressive pile of guitars!
Out of the ones I own, just purely based on tone, I’d rank it West Street with 57/08+59/09, KL33, Santana, and then West Street w WSL pickups.
The WSL pickups (un-potted HFS and RP) are HOT as all hell, and require lowering quite a bit IMO.
I think if I had a big influx in cash, I’d find me a Westy
That would be a wise choice
