Now that is beautiful...Charcoal??
Thank you, Robin!
Stunner!!! I believe I owned it's sister guitar...this was a run of special "killer quilts" with original "unetched" 57/08's and Korina bodies. Technically...they were artist tops...so did not have the "10" designation on the headstock. I obviously regret selling this one...but needed to finance something special from PS...hoping for that NGD soon.
A little twist on the thread.
My 1996 Custom 22 10 Top...
I have never been in complete agreement that this one "made the grade" so to speak, but it is not an issue with the wood in and of itself, the top is awesome with super tight consistent flame. I just don't think the finish brings out the qualities that do exist in this wood. I have considered many times sending her in for a complete refin. No doubt the fine folks at the PTC could totally rock this one.
2013 PG in Copper...
This one is not technically a 10 Top. It is "Dirty" Artist Grade
And now my actual non 10 Top Studio in Charcoal Burst...
Not nearly as good as some of the others in this thread but a very interesting top IMHO.
