Sounds like a ground issue. Maybe try to open it up and see if a ground wire is lose somewhere.

If the noise goes away when you touch the strings then the bridge at least is properly grounded and doing it's job.
Worth having a look at the gubbins but I'd also check out your environment incase the issue is with something else external to the guitar.
