well l have no idea what this guitar was that l bought in 1969, all l remember was, it used to go out of tune so quick did not dare take out int he sun, not as though we get much sun in the UK ,,,, AND where has my hair gone lol

Nice! And I like the way the photographer positioned your head in front of the wall-clock for the punky hairstyle effect.

Your guitar looks like one of the many Jazzmaster type copies from that period. Hopefully someone will be able to give you a positive identification.

Dude...your strap is even thinner than your tie! My guess would be a Kent/Guyatone model Jazzmaster

Allan, I'd just like to say "Thanks" for posting some of your non-PRS photos! I get a kick out of them, and this one is especially great! As toothace says, I love the super thin tie topped only by an even thinner strap! So, were you a Mod, or just happened to have only that tie?! You look like you could have been an extra for Quadrophenia! (Which was filmed in 1979, at the height of disco...weird.)

well the 60s was a mad time my mother thought l had lost it when l bought some new blue jeans and then sat in the bath to shrink them,,,, oh those were the days my friend and hey leave my tie alone lol
