Hello,
I am new to the forum and this is my first post. I recently purchased a used CE24 and the owner was not sure what year it was made. I checked the PRS website and I am still not sure myself. Any help would be appreciated.
The serial number is written on the headstock and says

21 0320578. I can't post a link since this is my first post.

The website drops off before 2018 for CE serial numbers. The Modcat website someone linked earlier is not operational anymore either.

I’m pretty sure it’s a 2021 b/c of the first two numbers.
Is there anyway to tell if it's authentic though? Didn't come with a COA got it used because there was a ding and discoloration in it for 1400$

Now I'm worried it's a fake because it's a pretty good deal...new they go for 2170 at my local shop.

The serial number indicates a 2021, and seems legit. You can email the serial number to PRS and they'll tell you the specs - if the color/etc, matches your guitar, that should hopefully ease your mind. Also, post here a bit more until you get enough posts to link to pics, and we can weigh in with our opinions based on the pics :).

The fact that its written on and not printed is why I was hesitant.

The serial is handwritten on the vast majority of US made PRS guitars. The exceptions I can think of are solid rosewood necks, which are stamped, and on some years the older CEs had it engraved on the neck plate. Newer CEs are written the way yours is.
