Artist pack pricing

How does pricing for artist package special orders work? The price is not listed on the prs price list.

Thinking about getting a P245 semi hollow in a finish that is only available with the artist package. Not interested in a ten top. How much would the artist package add to the manufacturer advertised price?

Since this would be a special order, would dealers in general be inclined to charge you the full MAP, or would dealers be open to negotiating the price below Map?

An Artist grade top is included, and that's better than a ten top.
