Richie never actually owned it. Orianthi had it made for him but they parted ways before she could give it to him. It was sold here in the UK on the 9th/10th of December on behalf of Orianthi.

You missed my point completely. Richie & Orianthi had already splint up before the guitar was finished, so technically and legally Richie has NEVER owned the guitar. The auction sale and the sale above are false advertising using a better known guitarist name over the much lesser known but fantastic Orianthi who actually owned the guitar.
