Are Most Employee Anniv. Guitars close to PS?

I wonder if most PRS employee builds equal private stocks. I have two that absolutely do. The folks inside have first crack obviously of all the best of the best woods. I don't see or hear much on the employee builds but I bet there are some really special pieces out there. Any thoughts?

I think it depends on years of service as to the build...

The one I have is a VERY nice guitar !!! I don't think I would go PS grade tho

Many of the older ones are, but rules have changed over the years for Employee guitars....... Somebody with 20-25 years of service is likely to get a PSish guitar.
