Are guitars "born"/dated every day PRS is open?

Are guitars put out everyday the factory's open?
The reason I ask is I've been looking for a guitar dated on 11/30/06 which was a Thursday. I've seen two either dates the day before. Thanks

I can't imagine a day going by that they wouldn't have put out guitars...

You know, it's funny, I've seen a few different PS's from different years dated Dec. 19th. I must own one dated that someday.

What is considered the birth moment tho - when it's all glued together, when the finish is applied, when the last stage of setup is complete? That's what i've never figured out.
