Since the PRS website only shows the current year models, is there anyway to access info about the models from previous years? There are times when I'm considering buying a used PRS and the sellers don't always have complete or accurate information about the specs of the guitar.

Search google for that info. Lots of places have it, a lot of reverb ads copy the details in ads even.

Pdf or jpg files of past catalogs can also be found kicking around the internet.

Lots of accessible info. Is there something specific you’re asking about?

    This!

However, it's not 100% up-to-date--it seems to fall off around 2017 or so. And there's a few random things not on there (e.g., try to find evidence on there of core Mira, for instance, which for sure did exist). But it's still darned informative.

If you can stand looking at dead trees (...wait, maybe we're all doing that...) the official "The PRS Guitar Book" by Dave Burrluck in its various editions has a lot of information. Though I guess the latest edition of that is from 2014.
