I'm not one for goldtops (LP goldtops are hideous), but the DGT looks absolutely gorgeous. I was wondering if anyone here owns one. If so, what do you think?

I don't own the one I've played, but it is a darn nice guitar. The one I played is owned by a local guy who plays up a storm with the DGT. I highly recommend this model.

That's good to know. I really have my eye on this thing. I'm not usually one for a signature model, but how could someone pass on a finish this beautiful? How much to they usually retail for?

I'll second the recommendation. Great tone, they play beautifully. They come standard with 11s, but with the setup and frets, you'd swear they were 10s. For me, the neck carve is about the most perfect I've ever owned. I love the regular carve, but the DGT carve just disappears in my hand - if I ever go PS, this is the carve I'm going to ask for, and may even see if they'll measure the neck on mine and replicate it.

DITTO! But I play mine with 10's. I will say the neck is somewhere between a Regular and a wide/fat. Feels very very good to me

Just about......all the Jet White ones are tucked away. The GTDGT just feels like my jeans......lol. I took 2 guitars ti a tech here in Bama.....my new SCT and the GTDGT.....when I came back to pick them up....he said "Man...that Gold one is something special"
