For me it's the Standard 22 in all forms...I loved the Cores, HT and trem and currently have an older Core trem and a few S2s...always on the lookout for a US made Standard 22...love solid tops and lightweight and 22 frets they always felt to me what a LP to me evolved into the 21st century...shout out to CE standard 22s as well!! You?

I’ve been fortunate to have played most of the PRS guitars I’ve wanted to try, but I’d still like to give the Studio a whirl. A recent Special 22 would also be great. Oh yeah… and the NF53 and Myles Kennedy. Those would be good too. And a Santana, I never had one of those. Maybe a Private Stock Dragon, were I to find one around. I love the ones I have… I’m intrigued by the ones I don’t. :)

Santana's in all their forms ... Westie, Kl-33 and a PS semi in my stable . and would have no problem adding more ask Sergio ... like this one ..

or another semi with a rosewood neck to match my blue one..

For me it's both the SC594 and the Tremonti stop tail. As seen in my signature, I have a few of each. While the necks/pickups are very different between the two, I find both to be "perfect fits" for me. There is something pretty amazing about each of them to me that makes me excited to pick them up and play. The feel, weight, balance, and responsiveness just feel great. It was very hard to pick just one for my PS build though the Tremonti won out I could have been just as happy with a PS SC594.

I’m always intrigued by whatever is next that I haven’t tried, of course!

So far I’ve had:
- two custom 24-08s (35th anniversary versions, no TCIs)
- custom 24 Floyd
- custom 22 Stoptail
- silver sky
- HBII
- DGT
- Santana
- DC 594

Having never really bonded with the bridge on the silver sky but liking all the other sounds, I decided to give the studio a shot. One is on the way and I’m thinking it’ll really deliver everything I want - sweet, fat, yet articulate neck pickup, in-between quacks, a solid and articulate bridge humbucker, and not too many controls to futz with. I’ll know in a week or so!

Edit: The studio in question:

As Greg Koch says in some of his reviews, “purple mist, I can’t resist!”
