Any SE Zach Myers owners out there?

I'm thinking about picking up a used one of the green ones this weekend. It's a 2016 model with the cream pu rings and switch and two tone covers.

The only thing I'm concerned with is the neck. I'm a Fender guy. I've been told not to worry, it will be quite comfortable...well, will there be a long adjustment period or will I be ok with it from go?

Please comment with any opinions or advice.

I guess I am/was a Fender guy too; but mostly Warmoth builds. Some of mine have the slimmer c-type profiles; but most have the fatter u-shaped profiles.
If you are a u-shaped Fender guy, you should be fine...

To me, my pick hand position was the most notable difference.
I always play standing up...
The way the guitar hangs...
The way I play...
It took a little getting used to.

It was my first experience with a wraparound stoptail. It just kind of 'disappears', if that makes sense.

Of all my SEs, I like the ZM(wide fat) profile the most.

I am neck agnostic, so I cannot answer your question regarding how the neck will feel. (I've played NS/Stick, which is basically all neck, but you play it two-handed, so it almost doesn't count.)

That said, the SE Zach Myers is one of the (if not the) finest SE guitars in PRS' history.

I've got one of the earlier Trampas Green models, like you're getting. I'm a "Big Neck" guy, and it's a great profile. Nice, rounded shape, and that satin finish feels oh so nice, especially in the oppressive humidity here during Tennessee summers!

I had one very similar to what you’re looking at- Korean made Trampas green. Great neck & overall great guitar- I can’t imagine you wouldn’t like the neck.

You should be fine. Getting use to the scale length will be a thing. But it’ll feel like home soon enough. I have no probs switching from my 60’s style strat to my myers.
