Another trip to the vault is a good thing, ... right?

What should my next build be/

Since I am getting so impatient waiting for my current build I have decided it's time to go back to Candyland and check out it's progress... While I'm there I should probably spec out another build right? It's the only logical thing to do.

But what ever should I build??
 
I've got a 2011 tree of life cu24,1994 McCarty #91, Dallas McCarty Tonequest 2010, PS Sig ltd #79, McCarty thick cu24 with 408 PS. Brazilian Neck McCarty, 1954 Custom shop Strat, 1982 les paul standard with Tim Shaw pups. Music Man Petrucci 7 string /piezo and a Jem777 LNG
 
I voted Singlecut for the obvious reason that I've been all about mine for the past few zillion posts I've made.

Get a 7 string and get rid off the jp. Full prs arsenal is the right answer mate! Keep us updated on your next build!
 
I voted for DC at SC thickness, only because that's what I want. An SC or 7 would probably better for your collection. Wait, wait a minute....

How bout a 7 string doublecut that's SC thick????? The combo of all 3 makes perfect sense!

Correct! And the answer to what to build has only one right answer as well. Its simple. An Artist 3 semi hollow with trem, with any additions you feel you need to make it personal of course! Next question please. :biggrin:

I think this was a while back and he was just trying things out. He still has 2 apex models with Ibanez this year and Head has the new Komrad out now. I really doubt any of them are going to be leaving Ibanez any time soon.

As much as i love PRS, something just docent look right there.... that is a killer looking 7 string, but KORN and Ibanez guitars is just what matches.

I agree with you. I saw an Ibanez magazine from 97 when they were first making it big and that year the Universe was listed as KORN's model and had no mention of Steve Vai anywhere in the brocher. I was kind of shock that they did that. Of course the next year the K-7 came out and the Universe went back to Vai and all was right in the world.
