Another proof - How well are our PRS'S built! From Beijing.
Hi Guys
As posted some time ago , I have moved to Beijing because of professional reasons. I took my 8 babes with me, including of course my two PRS's. Beijing climate is extremely dry - let alone polluted - . As a result of the change in temperature and humidity, the fretboard of my Carvin Bolt shrunk and now the fret ends are somehow bothering me when playing. The same has happened to my Gibson Les Paul and to my Acoustic Takamine.
I am fixing the issue, I bought humidifiers and things are going back to normal.
The point is that my two PRS ( Custom 24 and SE Custom 24 ) have only needed a small truss rod adjustment but nothing else. The fretboard stays perfect.
As a professional guitar player, playing for 40 years now, I do insist - PRS are probably the best built guitars in the world. Hi Paul, another 10 points for you and your guys!
Take care and lots of Blues and rock and Roll
